Shipping Policy

At Aarma Jackets, we are committed to delivering our premium handcrafted products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders across the globe. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees. We ship to almost every country, with the exception of Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries currently under OFAC sanctions.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of product you have selected. Please refer to the guide below:

  • Prime Products: These items are ready to ship and are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Standard Jackets and Outerwear: These are processed and dispatched within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Made to Measure Jackets: Since these are tailored specifically to your measurements, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for dispatch.

  • Footwear: Standard footwear takes 2 to 3 weeks, while Made to Measure footwear takes 3 to 4 weeks.

  • Bespoke Products: Fully custom designs require intensive craftsmanship and are usually dispatched within 5 to 12 weeks.

Once your order is dispatched, the transit time usually takes an additional 3 to 4 business days to reach your address.

Our Courier Partners

To ensure a premium delivery experience, we partner with reliable express couriers such as DHL and FedEx. We choose the most efficient service provider based on your location. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Customs Duties and Taxes

If any customs duties or import taxes are applied to your shipment, Aarma Jackets will cover them. In most cases, our team pays these duties online in advance.

If your parcel arrives and the carrier requests a payment for duties, please pay it and keep the receipt. Send a copy of that receipt to our support team, and we will reimburse the full amount to you via PayPal within 5 to 7 business days.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Support team and the courier service within 5 working days. We cannot accept claims raised after this 5 day window.

Once the carrier verifies the loss or damage, we will provide a replacement of the original order or store credit. Please be aware that lost orders are not eligible for cash refunds.

Delivery Responsibility and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the progress of the shipment. If the courier is unable to reach you or if there are multiple failed delivery attempts, they may destroy the parcel. Aarma Jackets is not responsible for parcels destroyed due to a lack of communication from the customer.

If you decide to refuse a delivery, the parcel will be considered abandoned. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must first accept the delivery and then follow our standard return instructions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Once a package is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If an item remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, the package may be destroyed by the courier because return shipping and duty costs often exceed the value of the product. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.

Combined Shipments

If you place multiple orders for the same address, we may combine them into one shipment to ensure efficiency. This may sometimes cause a slight delay in the delivery of the first item, but it ensures all your products arrive safely together.
